 Who is this box for?

This surprise box has been designed to give to those people who have a special connection with animals. They are people who love animals and probably have pets at home. It can also be ideal for children.

 How many and what products does it include?

We include in this box approximately between 8 and 12 products. If there are more products it is because they are of less value and if there are fewer products it is because some are of more value. This surprise box is not intended to include only stationery (although it will also include it of course), it can include any product that you can find in our "Animals" section (there are about 500 different ones). As long as it is a product that will fit in the box.

 What is the ideal recipient to give this box as a gift?

This surprise box can be for any gender and age. We have products for virtually anyone. What we do ask is that if you buy it as a gift, help us by indicating some details about the person who is going to receive it, such as their age, gender, or also which animal they like the most. These little details will help us greatly to try to get the products we choose right. If you don't tell us anything, the whole box will be a surprise and may or may not like it.

 Is it gift wrapped?

Yes! All our surprise boxes come already wrapped with gift paper, ready to give away. You do not have to tell us or pay anything additional for it. Just buy it and you will receive it wrapped, ready to give away.

 How do I include the personalized greeting card? Does it have a cost?

The greeting card has an additional cost of €1. It is approximately a credit card size card, printed in full color on glossy photo paper. It is the ideal complement to personalize your box, since we will include the card inside the box before wrapping it as a gift.

You can personalize your card with the text you want. In order for us to add it to your surprise box, you must check the gift wrapping box located in the shopping cart and fill in the personalized message field.

 Can I choose the content of this box?

If there is any product that makes you excited that we add, you can leave us the comment in the comment box that you will find in the shopping cart, just before finalizing the order. You should know that, depending on the size of the product you choose, it may not fit in the box, so if it does, we will tell you. You should also take in mind the box price, since in no case will the chosen product be able to exceed the price of the surprise box.
