Check PAYMENT METHODS

We currently have the following payment methods:

- CREDIT CARD: Through the 100% secure REDSYS gateway. We do not view or save your credit card information, since when making the payment the process is done in the Redsys payment gateway.

- PAYPAL: If you are a Paypal user, you can make your payments in LissAngel with your Paypal account. This payment option will have a small fee of 0.49 €. We assume the rest of the commission that PayPal charges to the seller.

- BANK TRANSFER: If you wish, you can make a transfer. We work with the banking entity ING. If you decide on this option, you will receive all the necessary information to make the transfer in a confirmation email after placing the order.

We will process your order within a maximum period of 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.

- We ship to SPAIN (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and to selected countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom)

- We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

TO SPAIN: 

SHIPPING WITH ORDINARY MAIL (NO TRACKING): 
- FREE SHIPPING with orders from 10 €
- Only 0,99 € with orders less than 10 €

SHIPPING WITH REGISTERED MAIL (WITH TRACKING): 
- FREE for orders from 25 €
- Only 3,95 € for orders less than 25 €.

SHIPPING WITH 48H COURIER:
- FREE for orders from 45 €
- Only 6,45 € for orders less than 45 €


REST OF EUROPE:
Shipping costs will be by weight and always with registered mail. We have weighed all products in the system, so the store will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the total weight. It is not necessary to register in the store to see the amount of shipping costs, simply change the country to a different one to Spain in the shopping cart and they will automatically appear.

The weight strip and its cost are as follows:

- Less than 60 gr. --> 5,95 €
- Between 60 gr. and 399 gr. --> 9,50 €
- Between 400 gr. and 799 gr. --> 15,60 €
- Between 800 gr. to 1799 gr --> 24 €
- From 1800 gr --> 35 € 

Check SHIPPING METHODS

We have three shipping methods:

- ORDINARY MAIL: Only to Spain. With this method you have FREE shipping with orders from 10€. Orders less than 10€ will have a shipping costs of 0,99€.
Please, have in mind that with this modality there is no tracking options, so once we send your order, we can not know where it is, nor can we be held responsible if it does not reach you.
The delivery time is between 3 and 10 business days to Spain. If you have doubts, or at your address it is usual that you do not receive mail for whatever reason, we recommend you use the next shipping method (Registered Mail).

You do not see the ordinary mail mode when you're in the shopping cart? If you have already made an order before, you chose ordinary mail, and you have reported that it did not arrive, we automatically remove the ordinary mail option from your client account because we understand that your address is problematic to receive ordinary mail. You must choose one of the other two options with tracking.

- REGISTERED MAIL: The best economical solution to ensure the delivery of your package. Registered post with tracking number. The deadlines for delivery nationwide are between 3 and 7 business days, and can be delayed a little longer on special dates such as Christmas. The package will arrive at your address and will be delivered to you by hand whenever there is someone available at the address, otherwise they will leave a notice in your mailbox and you will have to pick it up at your nearest post office within the period indicated in the notice.

- 48H EXPRESS COURIER*: (Only to Spain) If you need your order at home in two business days this is your option. We will send it to you normally using "Correos PAQ Standard", "Correos PAQ Premium" or "Correos Express", although we reserve the right to use any other courier company without prior notice, always guaranteeing 48h services.
Please keep in mind that the 48 hours refer to the courier transit time. The 48h will start counting from the moment the order enters the "Shipped" status, which is normally the next business day after placing the order. This is because depending on the workflow we need a working day to prepare your order.
* Note also that for deliveries in cities or towns that are not capital, the delivery time could be extended to 72 hours. LissAngel will not assume any responsibility in the case of delays in delivery times.

In the case of large and / or bulky orders, we reserve the right to use other shipping methods. What we do guarantee is that they will always be done by means of a registered method and follow-up.

Check TRACKING YOUR ORDERS


All orders that have been made through CERTIFIED MAIL will be tracked.
LISSANGEL will send an email to the customer once their order has been sent, facilitating the tracking number. In this way, the customer can track their package directly on the website of the Post Office.

Check NOT DELIVERED ORDERS


LISSANGEL will never be liable in the event that Postal Service returns a package claiming any of these reasons:

- Incorrect address: The customer will be the only responsible, and will must pay again the shipping costs to re-send the package. In the case of orders with "Free Shipping", LissAngel will indicate to the client the real cost of the shipment. Free shipping is free for customers, but LissAngel assumes the shipping cost.

- Order not collected: If the customer does not pick up the order within the deadlines indicated by the Post Service notice, the package will automatically be returned to LissAngel. The customer must pay the shipping costs again to send the package back.

In either case, if the customer does not agree to pay again the shipping costs, LISSANGEL will reinburse to the customer the amount paid for the items, but will never refund the amount of the shipping costs.

Check NOT SATISFIED? RETURNS


If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can return it within 15 days. The customer must contact us through our contact form.
The product must be in its original condition, with its original and unused packaging.
The customer must pay the cost of sending the package to LissAngel.
Once the product (s) has been received and verified that they are in the same state in which they were shipped, as required by law, LISSANGEL will refund to the customer the total amount of the order payed by customer (this DO NOT include the shipping costs that customer payed to return the package).

In the case of customized products, such as our surprise boxes, LissAngel will not refund the amount of the customization.

Check DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


Although we strive to check all the items we sent to see that they are in perfect condition before sending them. It may be the case to receive some item in poor condition or deteriorated. If this is the case, the customer must contact us through our contact form, ATTACHING A PHOTOGRAPHY of the damaged product, always within 15 days from the reception of the order.

Once we verify the photograph, LissAngel will pay the customer the cost of the product by the same means of payment that the client used.
In the event that it is not possible to return the money by the same method, LissAngel will contact the client for confirmation.
