We currently have no minimum order: you can buy whatever you want! :)

Normally we will leave your order at the Post Office the next (business) day after its confirmation. Therefore, we ship orders approximately 24 hours after being confirmed, always excluding holidays and weekends.

On certain dates such as Christmas, national holidays, back to school, or other events where there may be many orders, the preparation period could increase up to 48 hours.

The delivery time that we indicate in the shipping methods, or on any other place on the web, begins to count from the moment your order goes to the "Sent" status.

Keep in mind that if you place an order, for example on a Thursday, and the next day is a holiday, your order will not be sent until the following Monday, all those days do not count towards the delivery times that we indicate since they are not working days.

Majorca is a very beautiful island, but being an island means that wanting to get out of it is expensive. This also applies to everything related to shipping and courier services.

Currently it is impossible for us to be able to offer courier shipments with guaranteed delivery in 24h due to its high cost from Mallorca to Spain Mainland.

However we do offer delivery service in 48/72 hours at a very affordable price.

All the methods that we use at LissAngel to send your orders have a tracking number. We will send you the link with the tracking number as soon as your order goes to the "Shipped" status.

All you have to do is click on that link and the Post Office page will load with the information about the tracking.

- Spain - Correos PAQ 48/72 hours - HOME DELIVERY: The courier will go to your home up to two times (different days) to attempt delivery. They may call you on the phone. If they cannot deliver it, they will leave a sheet in your mailbox with which you will have to pick up the package at your Post Office. Also, you will normally receive a notice to your email and / or an SMS on your mobile.

It is not possible to specify any specific delivery time. Delivery will be during the day depending on the route of the courier.

- INTERNATIONAL shipments: Once the package leaves Spain, it remains in the hands of the local postal company in your country, of which we do not know how it works. Although in all countries the operation is usually similar to Spain.

If you are not at home and nobody at the destination address can pick up the package, Correos will leave you a notice to pick you up at the post office. If after the deadline indicated on the sheet you do not pick up the package, Correos will return the package to us. If you decide in the same way to reject the delivery of the package please keep in mind the following point.

You should know that although Correos returns the package to us, it does not return the cost of the shipment. Once the package arrives, we will refund you the total amount you have paid, subtracting the shipping costs. If you did not pay shipping costs for having free shipping, you would be equally discounted the amount that we have paid to send you the shipment. We can show you this cost with the corresponding Correos documents.

In addition, if your order was sent with Correos PAQ modality (whatever its sub-modality, Standard, Premium, Light International, etc.), you should know that Correos also charges us to return the package to our office, for the same amount that we paid to send it to you. If you decide not to pick up an order sent and returned with the Correos PAQ modality, or you indicated an incorrect address, the shipping costs multiplied by X2 will be deducted from the rest of the amount to be returned. It is exactly what Correos charges us.

We will proceed in this way in these three cases:

In the event that the recipient rejects the package, for reasons beyond LissAngel's control.
- If you indicated an incorrect or incomplete destination address, and Correos can not deliver the package for that reason.
- If you do not pick up the package in the office within the period indicated by Correos.

- CREDIT CARD: Through the 100% secure spanish CECA gateway. We do not view or save your credit card information, since when making the payment the process is done in the external CECA payment gateway.

- BIZUM (Only Spain): Pay in seconds with Bizum using your mobile phone... What's Bizum? More info here.

- PAYPAL: If you are a Paypal user, you can make your payments in LissAngel with your Paypal account. (Cost 3,5% + 0,35€)

- BANK TRANSFER: If you wish, you can make a transfer. We work with the banking entity ABANCA. If you decide on this option, you will receive all the necessary information to make the transfer in a confirmation email after placing the order.

- VIABILL (Only Spain): Pay your purchases in installment, 4 months WITHOUT interest, commissions or any extra cost for you. We assume the commission.

Short answer: Because we don't have a minimum order.

Long answer: PayPal is very beautiful for buyers, its ease of use and guarantees make it a great payment method. But, looking at it from the seller's side, not everything is so pretty. Basically its very high commissions, which are a fixed € 0.35 per sale + 3.5% of the total order amount, make the profit margin drastically reduced, and we even lose money on very small amount orders paid by Paypal (remember that we have no minimum order).

For this reason, we have decided to leave to our clients the opportunity to use PayPal to buy in our store, but applying the PayPal commission to the final amount of your order.

Remember that you can pay without commissions using any of our other payment methods (Credit / Debit Card, Bizum or Bank Transfer).

There was a time when we had the cash on delivery method available (pay your order when you receive it). The problem is that there were several cases of customers who, after placing an order, then they did not accept it or they did not pick it up at the post office.

We have to pay the shipping costs even if the package is not picked up. For this reason we have stopped offering this delivery method.

As Viabill is only available in Spain, the article is only available in Spanish (sorry for the inconvenience).

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it within 15 days from the day of receipt. The customer should contact us through our contact form.

Note that:

  • The product that you return must be in its original state, sealed and unused.
  • You must pay the shipping costs of the return.
  • No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of order receipt.
  • Returns will be made by the same method by which the payment was received.

Once the product (s) has been received and it is verified that they are in the same state in which they were sent, as the law indicates, LISSANGEL will return to the client, within a maximum period of 48 hours, the total amount paid by the customer for the returned items (it does NOT include the shipping costs the customer paid to return the package).

In the case of customized products, such as our surprise boxes, LissAngel will not refund the amount of the personalization.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been completed by consciously or unconsciously taking advantage of any errors in the website's software, typographical errors or obvious errors in prices. Some possible examples:

- Your shipment has free shipping costs when it should not have it or the shipping costs of your order do not correspond to what they should be.
- A product has an excessively low price or its price is "€ 0".
- Use several discount vouchers accumulated in the same order, which should not have been accumulated.

In any of these cases, the client will be contacted to decide between one of these two options:

- Cancel the order and get 100% of the amount paid.
- Pay the difference indicated and continue with the order.

Although we strive to check all the items we send to see that they are in perfect condition before sending them. It may be the case of receiving an item in poor condition or damaged. If this were the case, the client should contact us through our contact form, ATTACHING A PHOTOGRAPH of the damaged product, always within 15 days from the reception of the order.

Once we check the photograph and the damages, LissAngel will contact the client for compensation.

Please note that claims for broken or damaged products will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of order receipt.
