Due to fiscal issues, it is impossible for us to send to these destinations. Basically, being mandatory as a company in a tax regime in which we do not declare VAT (but we pay more than 21%), we can not assume a "discount" of 21% that we would have to apply when selling to these destinations.
To the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the countries of the world outside Europe, it is not legal to sell with 21% VAT applied.
There are many online stores that, perhaps due to ignorance or not, do not apply this law and sell the products at the same price even if you choose Madrid or Tenerife. That is not legal, if you indicate that you live in one of these destinations, they can not apply 21% VAT.
